Monk Font

Monk seeks a balance between the openness and legibility of humanist sans serifs and a more regularized character of the square sans serif. Although originally designed as a Latin typeface it was decided early on that it needed a wider dialogue to include an Arabic version. Both Latin and Arabic design us the same rationale and the idea of shared geometry. The strength of the parallel design process allows the two languages to have balanced harmony and grace. Both Arabic and Latin work seamlessly together having shared counters, stem thickness, and curved forms.

It's a poster for an architecture seminar which is called "Wood & Tree" in Tokyo, Japan. The theme is about new possibility of application of wood which is a kind of classic material on modern architecture. So modern graphic language is used to simulate classic drawing to express annual ring. The main vision is mathematical but still can feel natural beauty.

The design for EXP Brasil brand comes from the companys principles of unity and partnership. Appropriating the mixture between technology and design in their projects as in the office life. A typography element represents the union and strength of this company. The letter X design is solid and integrated but very light and technological. The brand represents the studio life, with elements in the letters, both on the positive and negative space that unite people and design, individual and collective, simple with technological, lightweight and robust, professional and personal.

Leman Jewelry

Visual solution to Leman Jewelry's new identity was a complete new system to expose the luxury, exquisite yet sophisticated and minimal feeling. The new logo inspired by Leman's working process, their haute couture design service, by crafting all diamond shapes surrounding a star-symbol or sparkle symbol, creating a sophisticated symbol and also echoing the shining effect of diamond. Following up, all collateral materials were produced with high quality details to highlight and enrich luxuriousness of all new brand visual elements.

Rare Proportions

Inspired by Brazilian nature, these posters explore the possibilities of the Golden Ratio when applied to graphic design, thus representing the diversity of fauna and flora in Brazil through symbols and illustrations. The different techniques used here are based on Phi calculations (1.618) for the creation of guides, hierarchy and elements that make up the pieces.
