The project of Merlon Pub represents an entire branding and identity design of a new catering facility within Tvrda in Osijek, the old Baroque town center, built in the 18th century as part of a large system of strategically fortified towns. In the defense architecture, the name Merlon means solid, upright fences designed to protect the observers and the military at the top of the fort.
Continue readingThis is a public facility which has several functions such as large and small halls, lecture rooms and gallery etc. We are requested to introduce “something like Koganei city” into this building. We expressed shapes of park, river and spring water as a concrete form in the building based on the geographical features of Koganei city, filled with lush greenery and streams. A stage curtain for main hall is also designed by us as one of space components of this building, we selected “roads of Koganei city” for the motif of design.
Continue readingThe corporate design was created for the film production company »Alpha Container Pictures«, short ACP, based in Berlin. They are creating solutions for interesting content. Focusing on documentaries, coverages and television magazine reports filming all over the world. To achieve a fitting visual identity for the company the corporate design is to be used like a branding layer, that goes together with the video material. The logo has two states to work on and offline and makes the design more flexible also for the actual usage on video material, in the end titles of documentation for example.

This was the inspiration behind this generative system which fuses the artist’s identity with some of his musical journey’s aspects. The system fostered the team’s attempt to architect DjSarhi’s brand identity by capturing momentary tales of his music, whilst representing them in ‘Rorschach blot’ inspired ‘VIBEs’. By algorithmically mixing various seed inputs relevant to the musician, the system can iterate unlimited generations of curated design motifs – each telling a different and unique story.

Continue readingThe Bike is a bicycle-shaped paper craft calendar. The set includes paper parts that forms bike and brass screws. Two months are shown at once, on the front and rear wheels. At the end of a month, that month is flipped over and placed behind the others on the wheel. The wheels are secured by screws and can turn. Quality designs have the power to modify space and transform the minds of its users. They offer comfort of seeing, holding and using. They are imbued with lightness and an element of surprise, enriching space. Our original products are designed using the concept of Life with Design.
